I never liked Yoga until I met Michelle Stern. Michelle makes the experience authentic, engaging, helpful and spiritual. She is an excellent instructor. After every session I feel relaxed, calm, energized and in a peaceful place. Michelle has taught me to look inward, take care of myself both emotionally and physically. I would recommend her highly.

pilates with stacey is the best! she made my body transform. amazing. there's no other place near that can come close to the quality of training you get from mindbody

THIS PLACES IS AWESOME!!

I highly recommend this places, the classes are great,instructors so friendly ,music that every body like for a nice work out and the staff is so nice.
the new kickboxing class is going to rock you, is that class you don't want to miss.
if i can rate it with a 10 I would give it.
P.S. the bathrooms and rooms are clean and smells good =)
