South Lorain County Ambulance

For the second time, I had to call 911.
Rochester Volunteer Fire Department and Southern Lorain County Ambulance District came to the house, assessed the situation, and completed a transport.
I cannot thank these two entities enough!!
When someone calls 911 it is a high stress situation, and emotions are at peak level. Rochester Fire Department and Southern Lorain Ambulance were the model examples of calmness . I hope that no person reading this ever has to dial 911. However, if you do, I hope your personnel is as outstanding as Rochester Fire Dept., and Southern Lorain Ambulance.

I want to thank the 3 men that came to my wife's needs last Friday they were very helpful and nice . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My wife is doing just fine . Thank you again . Best regards Rich Frolo

My husband was treated and taken to UH Elyria Sunday, June 3rd. He was treated with complete expertise and kindness. The EMTs were fabulous, keeping him calm and letting him know what was happening each step of the way. I was completely at ease as I drove to the hospital in a separate vehicle. Thank you so much for what you do! You guys are a fabulous and much needed asset to the people out here who so often need your services.
