Helped me out so much today. Gout had me in a bind. After two sessions I’m fine. Really grateful to the staff. Didn’t want to ruin my sons day by hobbling around all day. Thank you!

Came in with a severe case of Gout. In town for the Cowboys game. I ended up stopping in twice. I’m telling you Cryo is the future. I came in on crutches the first time. Walked in the second time still in some pain. I’m at the Cowboys game with no pain. Thank you so much!

Michelle and Ally as owners make sure that each client is greeted and known by name. The staff is diligent, kind and thorough as you go through each session. They also love animals and always have a "therapeutic" bunny, or dog running around to do a meet and greet.
If your blood pressures a bit high, just stop in, sit on the chill out couch and pet the therapy animal for a bit...works wonders.

I LOVE this place! Allie and Michelle are so welcoming and the service has been amazing for pain relief in my back and hips. They make it so fun (like when we have Cryo Club music blasting) and it's quick and easy. I have recommended Cryotherapy, specifically at The Cryo Spa, to literally hundreds of people- I think it can do something amazing for everyone, no matter what they're looking for. Sometimes, I wish I could go in twice every day! :)
