Georgia Expo

Our Chapter purchased pipe and drape from Georgia Expo for recruitment this year. We were very happy with the customer service we received from Wendy. She was easy to work with and very helpful throughout the order process. Our pipe and drape set up was a breeze! We will definitely order from Georgia Expo again!

Was referred to Amanda at Georgia Expo. She knew the in's and out's of pipe and drape and guided us to what we would need exactly as we were very new to this process and needed such a custom order. She was professional and very knowledgable and we totally trusted her to execute our order. It was delivered very promptly and we have 0 complaints.

Where do I begin? If you know me as a business owner, you know the high standard I hold all of my suppliers and vendors. Georgia Expo is no exception and each time I call they take on the challenge I have with the most professional customer service along with top quality products I have ever seen. I have been a customer since 2011 and have worked with David Pett and his team. Him and his sales team have gone above and beyond for me in countless ways. One time that still to this day has stuck with me is when David and his team truly did more then they job description called for. We had a customer that we were working with on her wedding which was in just a few days. Everything was planned to the T and she had one last minute request. One of the most important days of their life and she requested something that we didn't have in our inventory. To provide great service to my customers, "NO" is not an option. I called someone on David's team and asked if we could pull it off. Keep in mind, that it was Thursday afternoon, the wedding was Saturday. Luckily, we are only one state away from the Georgia Expo Factory. Friday morning as I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to their place, they produced what we needed and had it seating on shipping dock ready to go. The bride was over the moon that we pulled it off. I truly couldn't do what I do each and everyday without Georgia Expo along David and his team. This is one situation but there are many. DRAPERY BUSINESS OWNERS, being in business for over 20 years I have used close to 10 different companies. Hands down, Georgia Expo is the best. This company is the BEST option for your event backdrop needs, their innovative technology for upright poles has allowed me to cut my install time AND staff in half! With the castle top feature and the slip collar option, I am able to set up an 10x10ft, 30 pound backdrop all by myself. Best part I am able to do it in under 30 minutes without a ladder! Cannot wait to continue using them!
