Shortly after I posted my original review, the Center contacted me, and apologized profusely. Several times in fact. I decided to try them again, since I was having issues with finding an appointment for a new therapist. My second therapist with the Center is as good as my first one. We hit it off immediately. Therefore I am changing my rating to 4 stars.
The only drawback is that the office stuff seems a little unorganized.
For awhile this place was great, and I had a wonderful therapist. However when she left the practice, I was told that they would contact me and set me up with a new therapist in 2 or 3 weeks. This was in August 2021. It is now January 2022 and I still haven't heard from them. -

(October 24, 2019, 5:44 pm)Starting therapy is such a scary process. I’m so happy my family and I found this place because we felt so welcomed and comfortable beginning therapy for the first time. Even making appointments with the receptionist was so easy. I feel like my family was matched to the therapist that best fit them for their needs. I definitely recommend this office!
