I met a new doctor. She was very professional and polite. She took time with me and listened to what I had to say. She explained everything in details. The representative that fitted me for new glasses was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable talking to her. She treated me as if I was her friend that she has known for a while. I had a veto good experience.

Seen at their University location. Have been a patient there for several years, formerly seeing Dr. Eckle. This was my first appointment with Dr. Fix.

Staff was warm and friendly (especially the person who checked me in).

Appointment: Dr. Fix is a very knowledgeable with a warm personality and great “bedside manner”. Before performing any parts of the exam, she explained what would happen and why it was being done. She listened to my concerns and addressed each.

The person I saw in optical was also very pleasant and professional. Because of my light sensitivity, she was also very patient and kind.

On a scale of 0-10, with 0 being awful care and 10 being exceptional care, I would give the practice a score of 10.

The staff here are wonderful & very helpful! We’ve enjoyed going here for a few years now to have my wife & two daughters eyes checked. I only wish they were open later than 5pm or opened on weekends. Other than that, I would definitely refer people to come here. Since coming here, I’ve been through 3 eye doctors and my current eye doctor, Dr. Do is great! Unfortunately the other 2 doctors had left the practice for other opportunities.

Dr Eyler and staff are great. Best experience ever with person helping me with my glasses. Did a great job helping me pick out new glasses. I always dread that part. She volunteered to find me some to consider. I loved it. Enthusiastic friendly. And helped with old glasses.

This was my first visit to this facility. My other family members have been using this practice. Despite that there were several patients in the waiting area I had a very sort wait time. The technician , Kim was very nice. She didn't let the "Monday morning technical difficulties" get the best of her. Dr. Do was very patient in explaining to me the nature of a physical problem that I had with my right eye earlier this year. My exam showed little change in prescription from the previous year based on the readings they made of my current glasses. i will return later to have new lenses put into my other pair of frames which are the same as the ones I wear daily. Overall, I can say that I am satisfied with the service that I received.
