The purchase and financing of my most recent Newtom cbct was handled with precision from the onset. This was my first purchase, as well. The date for install and removal of an existing 2-D panoramic was done exactly as I hoped. The install/removal even took place on 1 of the 2 days in which we were seeing patients. They are professional, very quick to respond with email/phone, if needed and a delight to work with. The attention to detail with the placement, cabling and calibration was spot on. Thank you! Kent W
