    Karen in the furniture department was awesome! Super helpful. Reset my whole order after I made a mistake with an online purchase. She was very patient, classy, and kind to my toddler who was running around!

    It's actually nice in there. Clean aisles, fully stocked, small crowds. I know the mall in general is overlooked for shopping nowadays but this store is a nice shopping experience

    I most certainly felt like royalty! The district manager rolled out the red carpet for me and monographed my perfume bottle at zero charge. Pronunciation Yve (Eve) Saint Laurent you don’t pronounce the (n)or the (t) in YvesSaintLauent

    The staff was polite and helpful when I was shopping at this Macy's Saturday. The store was clean and had a wide range of goods . I will definitely be back to shop more in the future.
