Mrs. Rozario-Vestal Has 20 years of extensive experience in Real Estate Appraisal and additional time in Brokerage. Her resume is enviable and impressive, having been independently employed serving a diverse clientele, and working for Major Banks, Appraisal Management Companies, Divorce and Estate Attorneys and the largest of the GSEs , The Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). During her two decade career she has built a rock solid reputation for integrity, honesty, and a broad expertise in many segments of the real estate markets including everything from the basic starter home market to high end homes and estates in the million dollar plus range. She has developed educational programs for her appraiser colleagues and has been involved with organizations promoting the integrity and advancement of the appraisal profession. She is tireless in her efforts to provide excellent, reliable and timely service and real estate advice for each of her client's specific and unique circumstances.
