I opened my septic tank to clean my filter as I normally do and noticed my water level was extremely high. I called Mulyca and got a call back very quickly despite Carol being on vacation. She gave me a date and time that she could come by and showed up on time, took a lot of time to talk to us about what the problem likely was, and got to work. She took pictures for us to see what was going on while she worked and gave us a ton of information to keep us running smoothly going forward. She was quick, efficient, and not anywhere near as expensive as I thought. Great value all around - I highly recommend Carol at Mulyca Septic!

Carolyn pumped my septic tank out. She was Profesional, gave me advice on the phone as to where I would find the tank and she was 100% absolutely correct, right where it was! I called her to let her know that I hadn’t uncovered yet. She said if u don’t find it within 15 minutes call me back and I will come over and help you find it. She is a person of her word, which is great to see now days. The tank was cleaned to my liking she asked me “if it was clean enough” which it was for a septic tank! She has a fair price and is knowledgeable about the business!

I would hire her again and if I had family that lived around here that their tank needed pumping, I would recommend her to them also.
