    Very clean.....very NOISY FROM TRAIN,S BLOWING WISTLES...4 AM 5 AM 6 AM
    PLANES EVERY 10 MIN...JETS.....HELCOPTORS ON TOP U.....THE STREET IN FRONT IT CALLED DEAD MANS CURVE...!!!!

    I lived there for a year and liked it. They have a park with playground equipment inside the park for the kids! Sally the manager is a very nice lady! Club house is nice. Pool is kept clean. I believe they have three different laundry areas...one with a clothes line if you want to hang your clothes. They even have shower facilities.

    NOTE: Valley Rancho is located NEXT TO King's Way Gardens not IN King's Way Gardens.
