The whole staff were so great and helpful. Came in 10 minutes before closing on a Friday before the holiday weekend. They were so professional and pleasant. They took the time to help get my little project done. So grateful. I will be a return customer. Thank you guys!

Good customer service and excellent quality! I had a custom order done before my PCS that was rather specific and they did a great job. Even on my way back to base after picking it up, I had to call them while I was still in the car to tell them again how great it was.

The ultimate compliment was when my 6 year old asked if she could touch my Seabee and asked if it was really 'fuzzy'.

My only suggestion is that if you have a custom order do some homework and try to figure out what you want. My order was probably 90% what I expected (probably 50/50 due to my miscommunication / them not following instructions). They are patient, but are kinda busy and don't really give much direction. Ms. Rachelle is awesome, but the engraver/designer can come across as rude. Also, the price changed considerably on me after making what I consider a minor change, but I didn't harp on it like I normally would. Still they are great people and I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Great people, better products. Anywhere from a basic award/plaque to very unique ones and everything in between. If you are looking for something special, this is your place.

Great store. Awesome display of their work on display. Helpful for figuring out what I wanted. But I came in with an idea that wasn't on display and they took the time to discuss it at length. They were able to craft things i didn't know they could. They do wood working, make designs, laser engraving, and other things that I already forgot.
It felt like they could craft anything by the time I left. Also the prices were lower than expected. Last place I went felt like I over paid, but not here. I felt like all the custom work they were doing how could they keep the lights on for that price?
