RU Wellness Retreat

Purchased a Groupon for their deep tissue massage for my mom and I, and it was excellent. The staff was great and very accommodating. I highly recommend their services.

I went here for a vajacial, my first one. To start the inside is very aesthetically appealing and very welcoming. The you are followed up with being greeted and checked in. Excellent customer service is an understatement. When I went back my esthetician Melanie was very accommodating and asked lots of questions to make sure she was giving me the best service and to accomplish what I want from the service. She also walks you through the steps, so no surprises and you know exactly what is going on and why she is doing or using certain products. She continually checked to make sure I was ok. There are several different services offered, so I will be back to try other services, I was very happy with my end result. I love trying new places and being pleasantly surprised. Although I live in Tampa, I am willing to make the drive here for my self care needs.

My experience at RU Wellness Retreat was absolutely amazing. I got the seaweed facial with Melanie and my skin is literally glowing and feels so amazing and refreshed. The staff are so friendly and really make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit. I would highly recommend for all of your skincare and waxing needs. Will definitely be a returning customer!
