Incredible welcoming staff. My son is currently in the Ridgeback (under 12) group, Joe and Pat really know their stuff, but I think more importantly you can tell they really care about teaching values and discipline as well as proper technique.

Great gym, really knowledgeable coaches, nice well kept facility. Lot to offer for beginners and advanced. Really good spot to learn and grow your confidence

This is my gym and I love everything about it - great facilities, great trainers, and overall level of camaraderie amongst other fighters. I enjoy how the trainers work with you to progress your skills and keep challenging you. This is a great place to be.
