Love Kevin’s Saturday 10:45a warm slow flow, very beginner friendly with modifications as you progress and everyone is so nice! I always take a break when I need to and there’s never any judgement, big space so it never feels crowded and the prices are very reasonable :) the hot yoga classes are great too I just come with my towel, mat, and water.

I love elements of yoga! I go to classes on sundays and always feel so good after. Each class is different and all of the teachers are wonderful. So happy to have this!

I recommend Elements of yoga for your yoga practice because the level of professionalism from the owner Kevin Nowicki as well as all the other yoga instructors I have experienced is outstanding.

The studio is well done with state of the art equipment and very comfortable with many choices of yoga with other modalities to round out your fitness needs. Nutritional counseling is also available.

The instructors are very helpful with many suggestions for a healthy and safe practice. They will correct poses as they see fit which is so important in getting the most out of your practice.

The studio is well appointed and very clean, not to mention a no hassle, well lighted parking area for your convenience.

As a yoga instructor myself, I am loving the ability to practice in this space. The variety of classes allow for every yogi to find a just right class for their ability. Mixed level classes offer modifications and variations, and instructors do a great job of keeping things interesting. The advanced class is perfect for those looking for a push in their practice! The studio is clean and welcoming, the instructors are amazing and varied. Check it out for sure!!

I love this yoga studio! Fantastic space, classes and teachers! I personally take several classes here a week and recommend all my friends to the studio as well. The wide range and variety of classes offered each week sets this studio apart from other yoga studios in the area. The instructors are passionate, compassionate and genuinely care for their students. I recommend this studio for all ages and people looking for safe and friendly place to learn about yoga.
