Dr. Abbott has been my son’s doctor since he was born, he will be 13 this Nov. We love her!!!!! We even moved from the city of the doctors office when my son was 2 but continue to go see Dr. Abbott!
We brought our son since he was a week old. Everyone is polite and professional. Took us in for 2 visits before our son was officially added to our health insurance. There was a billing mistake, called them up, no wait on hold, and had it handled within a minute. My personal favorite moment was taking our 2 month old in for a potential upper respiratory infection, and we were not blindly handed a RX for antibiotics. They checked him out and determined it was not a bacterial infection; meanwhile the majority of doctors today just write the RX because they know if they dont the parent will take their business elsewhere to someone who will. Don't understand the rationale on the aggregate review being so low on google, if you dont want to vaccinate your children, you have to understand that decision comes with consequences in 2017 society. The risk for spreading mumps measles is not something I want in my infant's waiting room.
Love Dr Abbott and the staff always helpful my kids love her and I can always get a sick app that day.
