(October 5, 2021, 2:23 pm)I've been banking with Chase for years. When I went in there to open a business account there was nobody that can help me for 2 weeks. I decided to go to Desert Financial to open my account there. Everyone was so welcoming. I was able to get all my accounts opened there without a wait or appointment. Gabriel was so helpful and accommodating in opening my accounts and I closed my account at Chase. I'm so relieved to get away from the big banks that have nothing to offer except terrible customer service.
