Megan is the best. I have worked with her on a wide variety of personal issues and she always gives thoughtful and actionable advice. She is honest and dispenses tough love when necessary, while also being supportive and non-judgmental. There are nuggets of advice she's given me that I come back to over and over again, and she's been a true lifeline in tough times. Would 100% recommend her services.

The best couples therapy. Professional, sympathetic, discreet, open minded, not judgemental. Very experienced and really helped our relationship in terms of learning to communicate our desires to each other.

I love Megan. Incredibly easy to talk to (which would be an important quality in a sex and relationship therapist) and nonjudgmental. She offers wonderfully practical suggestions and solutions to what sometimes feels like hard problems. I've experienced Megan's excellence mainly in group settings (workshops) where she creates the space for women to ask questions about sex and relationships and gives answers that can be life changing for people. Whether in group settings or private settings; Megan Fleming has got to be the best in her field.
