Fantastic company to do business with, top tier customer service. First time customer that just needed a spring changed. They treated me like their largest account, sent out a tech the same day I called. Their tech was polite and worked efficiently, he was finished and on his way within the hour. The fast turnaround was hugely appreciated as my trailer was trapped inside the garage. Excellent customer experience.

I have been building a new home since the pandemic. My experience with Madsen Overhead Doors has been excellent. From the sales rep to the installers to the service techs I could not have asked for a more professional group. I had notified the service department for a few small issues with the equipment, and they quickly responded. To get a quick response in today's business world is almost unheard of. My hats off to Madsen. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely satisfied. When my garage door spring broke I called Madsen and was expecting to be without an operating door for at least a week. They assured me it would be just a few days. Later that same day they called me to lete know a service man was in my area and it could be done that day. The service man was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly. He replaced the spring and adjusted the door perfectly. It's never opened and closed so effortlessly. Extremely satisfied with there service!
