Advanced Imaging Center

Felt compelled to write a review as before going to AIC I saw the low rating they had..

I went for a CT Scan appointment at 9:15am. Walked into the door around 9:05, was in getting my scan by 9:20 and done by 9:25. From my experience that is rare and it was much appreciated. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The technician was extremely nice and patient as I HATE enclosed spaces so I was a but anxious for the scan.

My only negative is that the office is very dated, it made me a little unsettled walking into the office as it didn't represent the high level of tech that they offer.

I can't speak to any insurance / payment issues as I had none.

Overall I would highly recommend AIC.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t believe how fast and helpful the technicians were, but most of all the facilities supervisor Terrie and also her supervisor went far above and beyond to a new level of patient care; because of this I would definitely go back without question and recommend Advanced Imaging facility in Valencia to anyone.

I had a few transactions which Veronica was able to follow up with and get answers for me. I really appreciate her professionalism and her getting back to me in a timely manner. She has a great personality, she has always been helpful , knowledgeable and very polite. I highly recommend Advanced Imaging Center in Valencia.
