Raschel and her mechanic are the best! They always take good quality care of me and my car anytime I have had a problem. Loftis offers quick quality work at fair reasonable pricing. Repairs can be a scary thing for someone with limited funds and I have never paid an outrageous amount for any repairs she has done in any vehicle I've owned. My car wouldn't start and I was stuck in the heb parking lot, I just couldn't figure out the problem to save my life. Jason took care of my problem and even adjusted my hill brake so that it actually works too, without me asking him to. They had me back on the road within a couple hours.
