Chris from Hefner was so supportive during this stressful two month ordeal navigating through the warranty options etc. I ended up with a third unit purchased directly from Hefners which solved all my problems. Next time they will be my first and only call!

We were faced with an incredibly short window to get repairs done & they really stepped up to make it happen. I cannot recommend them enough.
