Neducsin Management

I have lived here now for 2 years! I have nothing but pleasant experiences. Units are on the larger size, neighbors are all on the same page for respect w/ noise levels, and rent is pretty in line with the market especially with the size and benefits you get (i.e parking, security, etc).

Maintenance comes super fast, and helps to get issues resolved. Neducsin team (I have worked directly with Allison + Tayna) is also easy to work with and pretty understanding. I have honestly had bad experiences in the past with apartments/landlords, so currently this is like top-tier in my eyes.

To level with the other complaints, yes the walls aren't the thickest but it's to be expected when living in an industrial building. Honestly, if that's the worst complaint you see in these reviews...then 1. first world problems and 2. you are doing pretty well- bang for budget-wise. My advice would be to get a large rug.. its helped our unit tremendously!

Obviously with the market, these go quickly...so if a unit becomes available, take it!

I recently moved in to a Neducsin owned property and the process was absolutely amazing! Not only is the apartment in great condition and fairly priced, but the Leasing Consultant, Allison, is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is a great communicator and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure my move in was as flawless as possible and was overall very accommodating and transparent with me.
The maintenance team works very quickly and cleans up after themselves well and couldn't be more professional.
This is my second time renting from them, and couldn't be more satisfied!

I have called Chimney Hill apartmetns my home for 3 years - 2 of the 3 were spent in a two bedroom, and the last year was in one of their studio apartments. Both options were great. The location and having a parking lot available is the best you can ask for in Manayunk. Management, esspecially Jackie, is great with meeting your questions and needs. As maintenance issues come up, you can fill out a form online and they are there that day or the next day to fix things. I am sad to leave this place!
