    Just had Twin Oaks install new carpet in a Primary beadroom and stairway. Sam was extremely helpful. Love our new carpet!!!! Installers were very professional

    Sam is the man! Had to a carpet a single bedroom and he could not have been more helpful. The install crew was on time, professional, and experienced. I also want to mention that it was nice just being able to shop around and not feeling like I was being upsold on a product I didn't need.

    This is the best hidden gem in Will County. Sam was fantastic to deal with. His knowledge of the product as well as color suggestions was beyond helpful and amazing. Had 675 Sq ft of LVP an my wife and I love it. Sam kept me updated from time of measure until delivery. He even called after day 1 to make sure we were satisfied. And the price? They totally best the big box stores for price and personal service. The installer Scottie was just as awesome. On time every day with his partner. Great attention to detail and cleaned up the entire site. Please consider keeping your money local and give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

    We purchased carpet and laminate through out the house. The installers where professional and did a great job. Sam kept us up to date when we would receive it and gave us a great deal.

    Sam was a man of his word. Stayed in touch with all the details and gave a fair price. Got 3 bedrooms carpet and front room dinning room and kitchen lvp. Installers were great love the work would definitely recommend anyone to check out twinoaks
