I've been seeing Kara since starting Health and Wellness. I know I'm in good hands with her as she is very knowledgeable and caring. She also recommended me to counseling services that have completely changed my life for the better!

Kara does an amazing job. She pays attention to the whole person, not just emotional and mental, but your physical health as well. She is thorough and diligent and she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

I am a 29-year-old female who has had problems with my mental health since high school. I saw a few psychiatrists and therapists who would prescribe me with different medications, but all seemed to only provide relief for a small amount of time or not at all.

When I was 23, I found Kara after giving up on yet another psychiatrist that couldn’t help me. After the first initial appointment, Kara recommended I take an ADHD test (which was the first time a psychiatrist has ever considered that diagnosis), and it turns out that’s exactly what it was! Kara has been prescribing me with medication that works for me and has improved my mental health (among other things) drastically. She is extremely professional while still treating you like a person instead of just another patient. I would recommend her to anyone that is willing to listen!

Kara has helped me more than I can say, she truly cares and takes her time with me..brings me back to reality! I highly recommend Kara and Health and Wellness! I was in such a dark, dark place that I don't know what might've happened if I didn't find her when I did. I'm totally grateful!
