Bajamar Seafood & Tacos

It was good. I was expecting an order at the counter place, but was pleasantly surprised to see it was a sit down and order spot. My two daughters ordered cheese quesadillas off the kids menu. Yep, they're boring when it comes to food. I blame their mother. I had the surf and turf fries. They were pretty good as well. But keep in mind I think Robertos Carne Asada Fries are a culinary masterpiece. So I may have a overly biased opinion on the dish. It's fairly small so it filled up pretty quickly. We arrived at 1210ish on a Sunday. When we arrived they were about a third full, when were leaving all the tables had people in them

My first time here and I can't say enough. I went to the SW location. The one near the Strat was a little busier. After ordering the Horchata, Blood Orange Fly Bird Margarita, Spicy Octopus Taco, Carne Asada Taco, Baja Tour Tostadas, and the Ocean Elote, I don't think you're going to find anything that isn't amazing! It's so fresh. This is a small low key Cafe. Also try their homemade habanero sauce.

Doesn’t look like much from outside, tacos are fantastic. Different than other places, specializes in fish tacos but have other options. Portions are big for tacos, from what I have seen, price is decent with other places increasing. It ain’t Taco Bell prices but nice treat.

For seating, it is smaller place but seems like a lot of people get to go. We sat down, service was laid back and quick.

Would highly recommend.

We live in this side of town and pass by it everyday. I can't believe we haven't ate there all this time! We are mad at ourselves lol. Food is very fresh and flavorful. I got their seafood soup. It took a tad long for it as it was mad fresh. It was so good and hearty. Our server, Chad, was very pleasent and very informative. Service from him met every expectations. He even opened my door for me as I walked out. We will be coming back more often. One criticism I have is the water. It didn't taste good which we ended up buying the bottled tea instead.
