Our experience there could not have been better. Very patient and helpful staff. We got through so quick even though we did have to go get more/different documentation. When we returned they moved us up to the front. The best experience I've ever had at a department of motor vehicle office.

Plain and simply, this vist is first to this sence my move up here, it was by any means Farr the shortest time frame I have spent in a B.M.V. in this state in my life, and all who served me were both friendly and knowledgeable. Good enough for me. Job well done BMV Associates.

License renewal this morning.

Always have dreaded license bureaus, but Knox County, was a pleasant surprise.

I was in and out in under 11minutes, hardly waited at all, easy to register for line, quick response time and friendly customer service.

Went on a Saturday at around 10 am. There was a full house and standing room only. I took a number and was served in less than 15 minutes. Quick service and pleasant clerks.
