Bananas nut bread smoothie is super yummy with 17g protein. Took about 3 min and huge ingredient list.

What a great place to get a healthy and delicious nutritional shake or tea. They are based on the herbalife powders. If you have a sweet tooth and want to keep the calories and carbs down this is the place. I love anything chocolate and peanut butter. For the small size shake the macros are really good at 200 calories, only 13 carbs, and you get good protein added. They have a variety of flavors to suit your taste.

I really enjoyed my time here. My body wrap/ Deep tissue massage was worth every penny! Definitely this place deserves 5 stars, because that's the service I received! ❤
