However they do not notify you until the day of signing the lease (At least in our case) that the water and sewage is split between all tenants. My wife and I pay an average of 180 bucks a month for these services. We still have to pay our own SDG&E. Otherwise we love it here

(August 21, 2019, 2:42 pm)Patty (apartment manager) and Richard (maintenance) are great! They were on site to address tenant issues and to take care of the grounds.
In addition to being in Santee, the reason we selected The Oaks Apartments was their pet friendly status.
PROS:
- Patty and Richard
- Pet Friendly
- On site Laundry
- Pool and Grounds are well maintained
- Walking distance to Lakes, Parks, School and Library.
CONS:
- If we had stayed they were raising the rent and would begin charging for parking.
