Jack works very hard to take care of customers. What a great guy!! We had some issues and Jack took care of it. He went the extra mile on multiple occasions to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend Jack when buying a new hot tub.

Called because my hot tub kept getting cloudy after every use. I thought I needed new filters (even though ours were only 2 months old). Turns out the filters were not the problem. I appreciate that he was honest and did not sell me the filters that I did not need. He was able to diagnose the actual issue over the phone and offered to come out that same day to fix up our tub! He explained everything he was doing and showed us how to maintain our tub going forward which was incredibly helpful. The outstanding customer service is very much appreciated! SO happy to finally be able to enjoy my tub. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Big Thank-you goes out to Jack manager at Lifestyles in Utica. He came out on his day off for a home consultation on our new hot tub. Went step by step on use of our chemicals and answered all our question so we can Enjoy our new Hot Springs tub to the fullest. Very knowledgeable, polite and a pleasure doing business with.

We are very happy with our Wellis hot tub, purchased from Lifestyles Hot Tubs! We called the store because we had some small issues. The manager of the store, Mr. Jack Karins, decided to pay us a visit (on the same day, in weekend!). He was able to fix everything in a matter of minutes! In addition to that, he answered all our questions and gave us lots of useful tips!
Jacob, our salesperson, was very nice and helpful, too!
