Oceanside Coastal Expeditions

Nate made this a very enjoyable time for us. We were on a brief visit to Camp Pendleton and wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to see some sea life. Nate was knowledgeable, friendly, and positive. Although I have a history of easily-triggered motion sickness, I never felt even a hint of discomfort. The weather was perfect - in fact, everything was perfect. We'd do it again, and recommend Oceanside Coastal Expeditions without hesitation.

Had the most amazing time yesterday! This was my first time seeing dolphins and we were able to see two pods. The dolphins were so close, we could almost touch them. The boat was fast, so be prepared for that. Would definitely want to bring all my friends and family to go again!

Truly a wonderful experience! The low profile of the boat allows to you get so close to the dolphins it feels like you’re swimming with them. The smaller size gives a more personal experience. Nate is an awesome captain, very knowledgeable about marine life and has a great playlist! I’ve been out about 10 times and have brought friends and family of all ages open to adventure. Every time is memorable.

Wow! What a dream come true! We extended our stay by one day so we could do this experience and we were so glad we did! We saw so many dolphins and were so close to them, it was better than we could have imagined. If you get the chance—DO THIS! It is well worth it. I will
definitely do this again when I visit the Oceanside area next time. This was a true highlight of our trip!

I would take this tour everyday if I could!

Nate was the best Captain. He was great about pointing out the wildlife. He answered so many of our questions but didn’t talk our ears off. We got to jam to some tunes and also had a quiet moment when we watched a pod of grey whales (!!!) cruise by. 😍

The boat was really safe, there wasn’t a bad seat, and we didn’t even get wet. It was so nice for our kids to see the ocean without having to lift them up to see the entire ride. With only six passengers it felt like a private tour.
