Providence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center at Mercy Fitzgeral

I am currently a patient and have been so for the last 3 weeks. I can confidently say that I have received 5-STAR SERVICE. Their team works with you to help you achieve a winning outcome. I'd also like to personally thank Maria Pannucci, the Director of Dietary Services, for taking time out of her very busy day to even go over a very specialized menu selection. She has gone out of her way make sure all my dietary needs & even desires have been met; flexible. And I love flexibility. I'm glad I ended up choosing Providence.

The place is absolutely the cleanest place I have seen for a rehab facility. The nursing care has been exceptional. My father is a very picky eater but they have found things for him to eat. He has gotten great pt and ot and have had several people come to discuss his discharge. We have had great direction for his care. He was able to walk outside with a walker to practice his pt training. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful facility-- definitely one of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen and I have seen many over the years. When we were looking for a place for my sister to get rehab in March , this facility was highly recommended by the nurses, docs and social workers at the hospital and I was so happy we followed their lead. Their amazing therapy team provide my sister with intense physical therapy and she left there stronger than she has ever been and is doing great at home. In fact, she isn't even using a cane now which she used for over 10 years. They set her up with therapy at home once she left which was a huge help. I highly recommend them for any care needs you have--they are a five star facility according to Medicare guidelines and a 5 star rating in my book.
