Where do I begin. She has helped me in so many ways an still helps me with trauma, accepting my emotions I’ve locked up, breaking down the things that trigger me an much more! She has a very kind an nurturing aura about her an right away makes you feel comfortable which helps with opening up about yourself. I love how she’s understanding an accepting of things you go through, who you are an what you’ll become. She always helps you see the brighter sides to life an the things you experience.
I recommend her practice to anyone an everyone!
She also got me back into journaling so pick up a notebook when you stop by her place😊

I always look forward to my sessions with Ashleigh. She has helped/ is helping me with abuse, and trauma of all kinds big and small. Now we are developing plans and she is giving me tools so that I can build, heal, learn, and grow into my best self.

Ashleigh and I connected right away, her space is warm and welcoming, and relaxing. I always leave with a feeling of relief, she is so easy to talk to. She makes you feel heard and validated, she meets you where you are in your journey.
