Excellent service, easy to find. Mechanic very good, knowledgeable and worked diligently. Nice facility, clean and has a drivers lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this repair shop to everyone

I had an overall great experience, allowed me to drop off earlier then they opened, and the price seemed accurate, not overly inflated like what every other shop charges. I was very happy. Truck was brought in for a leaking water pump, they replaced the pump.

Improvements: Communication- I had to call to ask the status after a day, i had to call to approve charges, i had to call after a couple days to ask when it would be done, i had to call to ask if it was finally completed which they said yes. I hate having to bother service shops asking if my truck is done, but i cant just wait around 3 days without an update assuming everything is ok. time is money.
a simple phone call with an update would greatly help.

Traveled 2000 miles from home to get a rig, but alas repairs were necessary to get things road worthy. As with every adventure, their are hiccups and delays causing catastrophic interruptions to the master plan. Thankfully the crew at Myer's was able to get our rig buttoned up right, while helping ensure we didn't break down east of Barstow or west of the Mississippi.
Being a small business is hard work, demanding on the soul and builds some characters in the process. From one character to another, keep up the awesome work!

Jay and his crew did an incredible job taking care of a predicament my truck ended up in on I-5. It isn't every day you break the metal tab holding your shock to the truck and need to find a shop in a pinch. While we could have had it taken care of after hours, we waited until morning and they made the impossible happen. Not only did they fab up the tab but they also reinforced it so it shouldn't happen again. They were efficient and made my driver comfortable while he waited. Thank you guys!! We will definitely use you if we ever need repairs in the Bakersfield area again!
