Great place dedicated to your feline. Always helpful and you can leave confident that your cat is well.

Not a big fan of not being able to be in the room with the cats or how you might need to point out something for them to look into it. However, I respect the health of the vets and it’s hard to notice things on every animal. I.e. during my first visit, they forgot to look into a fungal infection on all eight paws (2 cats) and I had to return the next week.

Otherwise and generally, they’re fantastic, communicative, and very nice.

I adopted a cat from ACC of NYC and this was one of the vets they recommended that was close to me. I scheduled an appointment and they have the most amazing caring and patient staff. The love they have for their cat clients is incredible. Please choose this Vet for you fur-baby. You will not regret it.

My cat is extremely aggressive and I want to give major kudos to the team for taking it in stride and making the best of a demon cat in the office. They even managed to clip her nails on her back paws which is major. They also provided medication for next time to relax my cat. Bonus: staff cat Lily just enjoying life in the lobby and snoring in the middle of the floor. Will definitely be bringing my cat here as long as I live in the area (sorry in advance to the wonderful techs and vets that have to deal with her)

I have a cat who is notoriously difficult to examine at the vet, many other doctors give up with her, and this is the first practice where I can feel the skill and compassion of everyone involved. They’re so patient, kind, and respectful in handling her, and also help come up with solutions to make her visits as stress free as possible for all parties. It feels like they genuinely care for every cat they’re treating. Everyone’s very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. I feel like when I bring her in I leave her in good hands. Thank you!

I called several times before my kitten Axel's neutering on 11/23/21 because the phone was busy and I couldn't get all my questioned answer when I scheduled the appointment which Melina gave me within 2 weeks. I felt bad for Melina beccause you can hear the phone ringing in the background and she had to pick it up. She was so kind, professional, attentive and compassion for your cat including nurse Teresa and the Dr. that performed the surgery. The only suggestion I would give is if there's any forms that needs to be filled should be sent before via email and instructions for the surgery like no food from midnight which is important. I will definitely recommend this hospital for a cat lover and parents. Thank you 😊
