This was my first visit. Everyone that i encountered provided EXCELLENT patient care. The front desk person was very helpful. Kim was very kind when doing my xrays. Dr. Cook is the best and was so patient and kind. She explained the treatment plan and was very thorough with my dental exam. Dr. Cook treated me very well during my visit with her. The entire office has a good vibe and im glad i choose Palmetto Dental.

My husband and I were very pleased with our very first visit to Palmetto Family Dental. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Cook and her assistant were very personable, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. We felt at home at Palmetto Family Dental and look forward to a very long relationship with our new dental family.

Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. Definitely glad we found this place, I thought no one would be able to top my previous dentist and the customer service when we relocated but I was wrong and I’m happy about that. 10/10 recommend!

Had deep cleaning staff snd office is top notch. Kind and ensures you are comfortable. I’m so glad I googled and found this Dentist. I go back in two weeks for crown. My hubby as well have chosen them as his new dentist.
