Love coming here instead of the standalone post offices! I always get amazing customer service and feel welcome. There is rarely ever a wait and it's super quick. Definitely recommend!
I'd like to share my first experience. I needed to send a parcel to Russia. I was sure it should be very long process and hard for me. But I was wrong ))) Thanks to Lynda asistent it was so fast and easy. She is a great professional, she really likes her job and respects her client! Thank you Linda very very much. I'll go only to this place. Very cheerful and kind customer service and I'd deeply recommend this place.
I have used this postal store location multiple times. I go out of my way to come here because they are super friendly, helpful, and kind. There is RARELY a wait. It is in the rear corner of the Hallmark store, and someone from the store usually runs the postal desk. They are pretty much a full service postal store now. You can ship internationally, finally, as well as pick up empty priority boxes, envelopes, and other items. As well as domestic and international stamps.
As far as post offices go, this ones pretty good. They people there are nice and helpful. The parking lot is large and easy to park. The carriers mess things up time to time, but nothing they havent fixed for us. Of course theres lines, about 50% chance you are going to be stuck for 20 mins, but other times is quick and easy. I go here about twice a week to mail packages, not my favorite chore, but not horrible with this people.
