I am so impressed with the services at Fyidoctors.
Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist was very polite and professional. Great attitude. My eyes are very important to me and the doctor (Michael) was very efficient and explained my eye health in great detail. I really appreciate that. A doctor you definitely want to hold on to. Great experience, called to get a emergency eye exam they were able to get me in that day but because I was working in Toronto wasn’t going to be there on time, they booked me for the following day. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. When it came time for exam , again very informative as to what was going on in my eye and booked me for a referral to an eye specialist. My overall experience was that I mattered to them as a person and not just number. Thanks

Dr Judy was remarkable and far superior than my last optometrist. She was refreshingly straightforward, easy to talk to and understand. The office is well organized and staff are friendly and very helpful. I love my new glasses. I did pay extra for the new eye scan but as a senior with health issues it was worth it.

1st time client at this location and I couldn't have been happier. Staff is very personable & friendly. Dr. Judy takes her time with you as she explains everything she is doing. She's full of knowledge and answered all my questions. Glad she's fairly new to this location (10 months), and happy I found a new optometrist.

Simply put, this is the best optometrist office I have ever been to. Dr. Wicks is top notch, reception is always friendly and engaging, their equipment is modern and Emily in the glasses department is super patient, helpful, thoughtful and fantastic. My experience with the FYidoctors team in Thorold has been perfect. I'm perfectly happy to make the drive from my home in Beamsville (25 minutes away) even though there are several closer options.
