The nicest people. They have such great customer service, I just called looking for some thing and the product wasn't available at the store, and the lady was so helpful in helping me find a place nearby that would have it, unusually good customer service.

Rouchelle helped me order for 3 businesses and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to open successfully. Her culinary experience and expertise in this field is something that should be recognized. Not to mention she is funny and nice which made the experience even better! Thank you Rouchelle.

BSR is the best restaurant equipment supplier in town. Their prices are always competitive and they're very knowledgeable. In particular you can have total confidence in Tom Atkins for any project you may have regardless of scale. Highly recommended.
