I never write reviews but I stopped into Back in Time Watch Repair yesterday to have an old watch repaired and couldn't have had a better experience. Pat was so helpful and friendly and fixed my watch in under 20 minutes. She was able to replace the battery and the watch band for me and even went out of her way to find a box to put it in when she learned it was going to be a gift. My watch looks great, the services was excellent (and fast) and the prices are very fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer and cannot recommend Pat and this shop enough!

Asked the owner if he could replace my watch battery on site because another watch place in the same mall could not take the screws out of the watch. I was glad I did, the gent replaced my battery on site, and the cost was 1/2 of what the other place charge. The owner certainly knows a lot about watches! I am very satisfied with the work, I will be returning with a couple more watches that need batteries!
