My boyfriend and I were having such a stressful time finding a unit with enough space to back a tow truck up to. With Margie’s help and patience she eliminated the stress, showed us nothing but patience, and at the end of our phone call she answered all of our questions and made sure that we was completely satisfied. Margie at the front desk was super helpful! She helped me put on my lock and came down to make sure I found my unit okay. Great customer service! :)

Just Moved into the Public Storage facility on Smokey Row and am impressed with their knowledge, great customer service and the facility is super clean! Talked to Margie at the Billingsley office today regarding my account & she helped explain everything. Super happy with them so far!!

Margie made the transition from a larger space to a smaller space super easy. She was very willing to help and the space was ready to occupy when promised. She also made sure I was refunded the cost of a new lock since I already had one that I was using.
