I've always been treated with respect and thoughtfulness by the staff & Dr. Ellner. I would recommend Dr. Ellner to anyone I know personally bc I feel like I can trust him. He has done right by me and helped me the best way he can and I will continue to let him help me through my terrible pain issues.

An easy 5-Star review for Dr. Ellner and his staff. Dr. Ellner is, in my opinion, the top pain management physician in the greater Atlanta area. I have been under his care, on and off, for six years. He has treated me for a severely pinched nerve, lower back disc problems and degenerative cervical spine discs. I have been at times in severe pain with the inability to walk normally. With Dr. Ellner's care, including radio frequency ablations and epidurals, he significantly improved my quality of life. When a cervical discectomy with fusion became necessary, Dr. Ellner referred me to an excellent doctor who performed a very successful surgery. Dr. Ellner and his staff have always provided me with top level care. He and his staff listen carefully and explain treatments and procedures in a clear and concise manner. Following each procedure I've had, he and his staff always follow up with me the following day to ensure I am doing well and not experiencing any difficulties, that's real care and concern. I would never consider seeing any other physician for pain management and treatment. Without reservation, I very highly recommend Dr. Ellner and his entire staff.

This office takes great care and concern for my needs. I would have a miserable existence without their dedication and concern for my well being. By far the very best medical provider in my portfolio in terms of access and the amount of time they give me during a visit. Always careful to fully understand my symptoms and issues while spending as much time needed to present all of the options and recommended plan for treatment. Entire staff is always attentive and they always show a genuine concern for my well-being and improvement.

Dr Ellner has changed our lives!! He encompasses the lost art of compassion and empathy in the medical field. He truly cares about his patients. He actually listens to you, develops an individual treatment plan, doesn’t just throw pills at you or make you feel like a number. On my husbands first appointment he said “we have to get your life back” and that is exactly what he has done for us!!!!!!! His staff is professional timely and compassionate as well. My only regret is that we did not find him sooner.
