On June 18, 2021, a hailstorm passed through our area of Bellbrook with hail the size of hazel nuts and half the diameter of walnuts. After calling Security Roofing of Dayton, a contractor I used before, to come and inspect the roof to make sure we weren't "open to the weather", I called Andy at Bellbrook Insurance and asked how to make a possible claim. Andy instantly kicked into high gear, opening a claim for us with Erie Insurance while we were on the phone. Within minutes Andy had the claim number for me and said he would stay in touch to hear what the roofer said after the inspection. Andy stayed in contact through the whole process, from start of the claim to the new roof's completion. This is exactly what we expected from our insurance agent! Fantastic service!
