SpineZone Physical Therapy - Oceanside

SpineZone gave me a lot of great tips and really helped me get my posture in check fast. Melissa, Lily, and Jesse are wonderful and I'm so happy I found them.

SpineZone Physical Therapy at Oceanside has been a life saver. My condition when I arrived was quite severe. From my initial evaluation to the monitoring state has been most successful and informative. Melissa always listened to my concerns, she refocused exercises as needed. The days when other therapists were assigned to my session, they were most helpful and genuinely concerned for my well-being. I have progressed to a point of almost 100% relief from pain. SpineZone Physical Therapy-Oceanside is a God-send. The team taught me so much about my condition, and recommended exercises for my to continue on my own schedule. I can't thank the staff at Oceanside enough, they are life-changing agents for clients who suffer with pain. Much gratitude and praise to the staff who provide high quality therapy and monitoring relationships with their clients.

Spinezone in Oceanside saved me. With terrible back pain for the first time in my life I could barely function. I was referred by my Dr and I began PT. ( I started the online program as I could not get an appointment for a week or so) Their program is planned for your needs and diagnosis. It was magic how I began to feel so much better. From the great lady at the front desk to each of the physical therapists they were great!! Jessie did a through evaluation and John and Rainer worked so hard with me. They were always kind, fun and gave great attention to my pain level and if I was improving or not. They made many adjustments to the program to suit it to my needs. Thank you all!!! The online prompts were very helpful and the book they gave me had lots of good information. I am now on the maintenance program for strength training and back to nearly normal. I can not say enough good things about the Spinezone Program. Give them a try if you are having back issues.

They were very kind and overall, made the sessions go by fast. They are very knowledgeable people and knew how to target the pain and improve the spot that needs support. SpineZone is the second place I tried to heal the pain in my back and hip. I had been dealing with the pain for 2 years and had absolutely no expectations that SpineZone would help after my previous PT experience elsewhere. I am 4 1/2 months out now and feel great. I could not recommend SpineZone and their well defined home and in-person recovery plan higher!
