South Meadows Residential Care Home

South Meadows Residential Care Home is just that, a CARING HOME. It is clean, warm, inviting, safe, in a great neighborhood, and both the staff and residents are comfortable and happy. I have personally spent a lot of time in the home visiting residents and learning how the staff work to improve the mental and physical state of their residents.

It is well understood that as we age into advanced years, there is a decline in mental and/or physical ability, which can be very difficult on both the subject and their family; however, Nucharee and her team have rehabilitated many residents with exercise, healthy eating, stimulating activities, and loving, customized care. This is an amazing testament to the effort Nucharee, and her team put forth towards the wellbeing of their residents and I would therefore highly recommend this care home for your loved ones.

The folks at South Meadows have taken extraordinary care of my very good friend. He has been there for over 2 years and is actually healthier, more mobile and happy than he has been in any other assisted living community he has lived in. I cannot recommend the team and caregivers enough.

South Meadows Residential Care Home is run by such a kind and compassionate team who went out of their way to ensure my great aunt had the best of care. With my family living so far away from the facility, they really went above and beyond their regular duties. The team assisted us in so many ways, not just from the amazing care they gave my great aunt. They gave us regular phone call updates, arranged video chats with my great aunt, donated toiletries and other needed supplies and ensured my aunt's health and well being was always at the forefront of their minds. I am truly grateful for all that they did for my aunt and would highly recommend this home. They are an amazing team that really care about their residents. Thank you again South meadows!

Nucharee provides a warm and homey environment for the residents. The staff are fantastic and treat the residents like family. They all have fun together. I feel very lucky to have found a place where my mom will participate in activities. She loves South Meadows!

What a wonderful new group home!! It’s big, spacious, beautiful, clean, and full of people who truly care about the care of your loved one! It doesn’t get any better than that. First impressions are important and the pics of their entry way and lobby corner show that. It’s also in a great neighborhood!!
