Under new ownership and management! Great people! Super friendly and very understanding of our needs and situation! But will not mess around with late or partial payments and has no problem taking care of business when it’s needed! Prompt to respond when contacted for any reason, and even quicker when the unit is in need of repair! Tom has been nothing but amazing to my family and I, and I would encourage anyone to give their business to him for their housing or vehicle needs as he has other rentals properties and is also a used car salesman with big heart and honest soul!

Clean, peaceful, pleasant and very reasonable ! Looks like a small cabin and has all the amenities of home. Would recommend it ! Very friendly office. Glad we stayed !
