The Artisan

Very nice hotel restaurant, excellent service. Very limited vegetarian or vegan options however, on offer is a delicious creamy Czech soup Kulajda (sweet and sour mushroom soup with dill), a selection of beer snacks (baked potatoes with cheese for example) and as main dish pasta.

In a town full of great restaurants why bother eating at the hotel? Completely worth it; had breakfast and lunch a couple of times and it was delightful with very friendly customer service. Lots of menu options and well thought out selections. Interior is well appointed and comfortable. It also has an open kitchen, which I like.

The Artisan was an experience, this started with a visual experience, and then went on to stimulate all the other senses. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every single dish was created with perfection and the variety was one of the largest I have seen ever. This even beats some of the most luxurious restaurants I have ever eaten in.
Extremely creative take on a number of dishes, this was just a lunch service...
The whole experience is theatrical, and brings excitement to food. Every single mouth of food is an absolute pleasure and privilege. Beautiful. Highly recommended if you're staying in Prague, I would go as far as saying not to be missed in fact.

The place is very nice! Food was superb and the attention of the staff even better!
I'd like to thank to the chief of staff of the restaurant for personally finding a solution to a problem that we had with the schedule at the moment of looking for some breakfast.
We were a group of 5 people and instead of telling us that the kitchen was closed and then wait for us to go out, she asked the staff to keep the buffet open for us, brought us Mimosas and at the end she didn't even charge us the food, claiming that everything was a misunderstanding on their side.
The way she treated us was exceptional. For that we were very happy and thankful for everything she did for us.
