Very welcoming and friendly group of people at this dealership. Marco was my sales person and he was excellent with being friendly and not pushy. Very responsive and followed up quickly. Sean the manager was also great with responsiveness. The finance manager was also very quick with her paperwork. All in all the whole transaction was very smooth and quick. The way i like it.

I went to a different local dealer first and the rep that I worked with literally tacked on charges (had me over 1k to read the code and diagnose the issue) while telling me I should goto an independent shop to avoid the high rates.

I actually did goto a local independent shop, and they recommended having the issue checked at the dealership.

Working with Brianna and Nicole to purchase my new Chevy Bolt EV was truly a dream come true - in fact, everyone we interacted with at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. The customer service at Boardwalk has a very personal feel, far from the "hard sell" stereotype I was afraid I would encounter. (In fact, I'd originally intended to purchase a car through a broker to avoid needing to negotiate with a dealer). I felt such an immediate rapport throughout our transaction, the dealership seems committed to customer satisfaction, and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know interested in purchasing a car.

Very nice to have a different, more subtle experience than the usual and cheap "car salesman" pitch, which would have been a turn off for us.
