I have been here (sadly) numerous times and: 1) they have never pressured me into getting additional work done that I didn't need right that second by scaring me into having it done (ahem...Stevens Creek Audi, I am looking at you); 2) they sent me to the dealership when they knew something my car needed was covered by the manufacturer, even though I was at the shop and ready to get the work done there; and 3) they charge approximately half of what the dealership charges, but they still know their s**t about these cars. As a girl who gets slightly hysterical over car problems but knows very little about cars, I am ever so appreciative.
