Rezults Fitness

Had my first class at Rezults, and I was pretty impressed! I’m not consistent with home workouts, so I was looking for a place to keep me on track at least a few days a week. I’ll definitely be coming back here! The class was challenging, but self-paced. Marcus’s encouragement and oversight was very helpful throughout the workout. He paired me with a seasoned attendee which was nice to have a guide during the different exercises as well as someone to keep my form correct. This was a really welcoming place, and I look forward to my next class.

Outstanding! Marcus, his team and participants keep you motivated! Felt like working out with family! Always encouraging! Clean facility, great space and all the equipment for all levels of workout. As a retired military personnel, this workout exceeded my expectations!

Marcus is one of best!! Hands down. He challenges me to lift heavier and do more reps. He cares about his clients and is knowledgeable about fitness. I have brought others to his classes and he is highly recommended. Marcus caters to new and experienced clients. Please check him out, you will thank yourself later.

I never knew working out could actually be enjoyable until I started at Rezults Fitness. Don’t get me wrong, the training sessions are definitely challenging and sometimes afterward I want to crawl to my car I’m so spent. But Marcus makes the sessions entertaining by: using a timer instead of counting reps, doing circuit training; and pairing us up with others for gentle motivation. And to top it off, Rezults Fitness’ workout music is 🔥 . Don’t get left behind, come get a summer body. All ages, sizes and shapes seem to be welcomed!

I have been going to Rezults Fitness for 7 months and I can really see the difference. Marcus is a great trainer and his methods of teaching is very effective. I always said I would never want to have a weight trainer, but going to Rezults has changed my mind about lifting weights. I lost 80 pounds before going to Marcus and I knew I needed a lot of toning, but I had always heard muscle weigh more than fat. Well I have toned up a lot and have lost 10 more pounds. I started off in the gym, but got concerned about Covid, so I have been doing my classes on google duo with Marcus and a group of other really cool people for 2 months. Online is just as effective as being in the gym. My kids see the results that I’m getting and plan to join next week. Joining Rezults has been very good for me and Marcus is a funny guys, he loves his party music.
